Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys invites applications for the position of a senior legal secretary. The following minimum requirements apply:
Strictly five (5) year experience in a law firm;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a typing speed of more than 60 wpm;
Excellent command of the English language;
An ability to write, edit review and vet legal documents with the ultimate precision and accuracy;
Ability to manage incoming telephone calls and receive clients;
Excellent telephone skills;
Be in possession of a valid driver’s license; and
Ability to manage the administrative aspects of the firm and lead the assistant administrative clerk who reports to this position.

The remuneration will be commensurate with experience and market related.
