The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who excels in sales with experience in a legal environment to engage clients and offer support to the business.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Administration.
- 2-3 years' experience in a legal environment.
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Reliably and excellently proficient in document creation, care and management using Microsoft Suite.
- Advanced typing, note -taking, communication and relationship management - essential.
- Ambitious, committed and driven are essential attributes.
- Client-centric approach in maintaining and developing relationships.
- Reporting to two managers, providing additional secretarial and administrative support.
- Typing, formatting, drafting and editing reports and documents.
- Tracking, researching and reporting for the business unit.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicting bookings.
- Data analysis, best practice implementation.
- Cross-company project planning and management.
- Social media engagement and management.
- Client engagement - with effective and proficient verbal and written communication.
