Legal Secretary Required

  • Resilient and ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language;
  • Excellent filing skills (electronic and physical), secretarial and administrative skills;
  • Familiar with legal terminology;
  • An ability to write, edit review and vet legal documents with the ultimate precision and accuracy;
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to manage incoming telephone calls and receive clients;
  • Advanced computer literacy on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and typing skills;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm
  • Secretarial qualification is advantageous;
  • Ability to identify and submit tenders
  • Be in possession of a valid driver’s license (Own transport is advantageous.)
