- Excellent filing skills (electronic and physical), secretarial and administrative skills;
- Familiar with legal terminology;
- An ability to write, edit review and vet legal documents with the ultimate precision and accuracy;
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to manage incoming telephone calls and receive clients;
- Advanced computer literacy on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and typing skills;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm
- Secretarial qualification is advantageous;
- Ability to identify and submit tenders
- Be in possession of a valid driver’s license (Own transport is advantageous.)
