A small law firm in bellville urgently requires a legal secretary or office admin lady to join their firm who will perform other administrative and secretarial functions.
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be able to can handle a fast paced environment
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel)- Typing speed of 55 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- Be an excellent communicator who is hardworking, motivated and confident
- Possess strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities and be able to complete tasks at the highest standards of quality in a precise and accurate manner
- Office hours: 08h00 - 16h00
- Salary: Competitive and related to experience and qualifications
Job responsibilities:
- General office administration.
- Typing drafting other legal documents and notices
- Corresponding with clients.
- Diary management.
- Running of errands, filing and serving papers at court
