Job Overview
We are on the hunt for a dedicated Leisure Club Sales and Customer Support Representative to oversee our VIP and Loyalty Club operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing the loyalty process, and ensuring our loyalty program's consistent growth and success.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 years + of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and their operations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar software
- MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage all communications with VIP and Loyalty Club members, ensuring exceptional service levels.
- Oversee the loyalty process, from enrolment to reward redemption.
- ONCE IMPLEMENTED BY Sales Ventures Manager manage a change management plan at each property, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to loyalty program standards.
- Coordinate with property teams to handle any special requests or arrangements for VIP and Loyalty Club members.
- Analyse loyalty program metrics and feedback to recommend improvements or new initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Ventures to promote the loyalty program and drive enrolment. - Revenue target from Nov 2023 to Nov 2024 5 Million in revenue.
- Handle any complaints or issues raised by VIP and Loyalty Club members, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining the brand's reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to loyalty programs and VIP services.
