The Leisure Travel Training Facilitator - Systems & Product will be responsible for providing training and facilitation for travel industry professionals in the Systems & Product domain. They will be focusing on training related to leisure travel, travel reservations, and GDS booking systems. The facilitator should have a good understanding of travel industry systems and be able to effectively train others on their usage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs on travel reservations, GDS booking systems, and leisure travel
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops for travel industry professionals
- Assess and evaluate the training needs of individuals and organizations
- Create and develop training materials, modules, and presentations
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Experience in training and facilitation
- Knowledge of travel industry systems and processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals
- Proficient in the use of GDS booking systems like WETU and Tourplan
- 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry
- Experience in training related to travel reservations and leisure travel
- Familiarity with the South African travel market
