Lexdan Select is assisting an Engineering company in Cape Town with their search for a Head of Finance role. The Head of Finance role requires:
- a finance degree, and CIMA/SAIPA or similar preferred
- minimum 8 years experience
- industry experience in engineering, manufacturing or related
- ability to standardize processes
- contract negotiations
- engaging wide variety of external stakeholders
