About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you'll own one or more product features and lead projects for those features. Owning product development plans, you'll work closely with development teams to execute on important product initiatives. You'll prioritize and communicate production issues and defects and lead demonstrations to stakeholders at program milestones.

Responsibilities
Working closely with UK and US based product managers to fully understand user needs for Lexis+, the State Net product, and other related offerings, including understanding pain-points and building solutions that make a difference
Digesting market research and building understanding - both personally and within the teams - to make effective product decisions
Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams in South Africa, the US and UK to successfully deliver on-time and robust product enhancements and solutions
Evaluating product approaches in a quantitative manner using AB testing for interactive products to generate new ideas
Managing portions of our product life-cycle by planning and documenting objectives and key results
Leading a small team of PMs in providing leadership and support to South Africa development teams.
Cross training across countries, to build necessary skills for team members

Requirements
Have a proficient background in various technologies including Excel, Balsamiq, Tableau, Python and SQL
Show knowledge of data and technical architecture principles, best-practices and be familiar with SDLCs and agile processes.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences, both locally and globally
Have great experience working as a Product Owner, shipping enhancements and innovation to customers
Demonstrate experience in using a data-driven approach to solve problems and deliver effective solutions
Be able to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to create, build and ship successful products to customers
Have brilliant organizational skills and be able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities
Show a customer-centric focus when creating solutions
Have experience managing a small team, providing ongoing motivation, guidance, support and direction.
