About The Opportunity
The Library Programs Officer is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of library services and programs that meet the needs of our community under the direction of the Library Programs Specialist. The Library Programs Officer also supports the general operations of our Customer and Library Service Centres.
This is a casual opportunity. Remuneration begins at $44.41 (Band 4) plus superannuation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in and delivering programs in a library setting, have well-developed customer service skills with working knowledge of and experience engaging with community members and groups. You will also be to communicate effectively both, verbally and written, excellent computer skills and the ability to work on a regular weekend roster, evening shifts and the ability to work in varied locations.
