Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced LDV Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Light Delivery Vehicle (LDV) to transport goods.
Load, secure, and unload items as needed.
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements:
Valid Code 8/B or Code 10/C1 driver’s license.
Proven experience as an LDV driver or in a similar role.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Good knowledge of Gauteng and surrounding.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Minimum education: Matric
