- Hardware/Networking fundamentals preferably in a datacenter environment (A+/ N+) or similar diploma
- 3 - 5 years experience desirable
- Knowledge of Hyper-V/KVM environments
- Customer support experience
- Experience in Windows and Linux server management
- Basic scripting (Bash, Powershell, Python) and cli experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Resolving premier customers technical support queries
- To provide 24/7 monitoring of company infrastructure and systems
- Analysing & troubleshooting systems
- Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data centre environments
- Backup integrity management (Ensure availability and restorability)
- Patch management
- Adherence to security and privacy processes
- Documentation of systems and processes
- Ensure optimal system performance and optimization
- Escalations from support departments
- Inventory management, reporting any requirements and shortage to procurement team based on minimum re-order levels.
