Manager: Litigation and Contracts

The Legal Department has a vacancy for a Manager: Litigation and Contracts at the National Office.
Purpose: To manage the CCMA litigation and contracts portfolio, as well as providing legal advisory and ancillary services.

Departmental Operational Plan
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law i.e LLB (A post graduate degree / diploma in commercial or contractual law would be an added advantage.)
Admission as an Attorney
Minimum 5 years post admission experience
Contractual law (negotiation, drafting, interpretation, and management)
Knowledge and understanding of Commercial law
Knowledge and understanding of Litigation and rules relating thereto (advice, drafting, negotiation, court approaches)
Knowledge and understanding of employment and procurement law
