Job vacancy for a litigation secretary / secretarial coordinator in Mankweng, Limpopo.
Job requirements:
- The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role before and will work in conjunction with HR and the other Secretarial Coordinators to ensure that the Secretarial Team runs as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Extensive management of diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings.
- Digital dictation (audio typing)
- Creating/amending documents ranging from 2 pages to 100 pages
- Creating, updating, data matching Excel spreadsheet reports, creating mail merge documentation.
- Dealing with a range of client specific billing requirements.
- Dealing with clients by phone, taking messages and general calls.
- Filing, electronic filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying.
- Assisting the team with overflow typing.
- Coordination of secretarial resource
