Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Step into the world of IT Production Support for BMW Plants in both English and German-speaking regions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents related to production issues.
• Pre-qualify IT incidents and establish connections.
• Resolve incidents in IT systems following user manuals.
• Keep a vigilant eye on IT system error messages and act promptly.
• Provide guidance throughout the Incident Management processes.
• Initiate the IT escalation process when necessary.
• Efficiently process email requests.
• Act as a vital "Information Channel" for management and end-users.
• Collaborate in shifts as part of a team providing 24/7 support, 365 days a year.
