We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our lending product team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Lending Propositions to assist in the development, management, and optimization of lending products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Lending Propositions in the development and execution of product strategies for lending products.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business objectives and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive product development initiatives.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure a seamless user experience and product reliability.
- Analyse data related to lending products, such as customer behaviour, usage metrics, and performance indicators, to inform decision-making.
- Provide support to customers using lending products, including answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to lending products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management, fintech, banking, or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools are a plus.
