Well establish furniture manufacturing and shopfitting company is looking for a full time logistic and admin clerk to assist in the day to day production logistics, job progress co-ordinating and liaise with clients.
Job requirements:
- Available to start from first of July
- Grade 12 and relevant tertiary education
- Minimum of 3 year relevant experience
- Excellent administrative skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel skills
- Excellent Planning and Time management capabilities
- Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Be able to multi-task
- Strong 'Can do' attitude
- Able to function well in a highly pressurized, deadline-driven environment
- Should be logical with keen attention to detail.
- Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operate under general supervision.
- Ability to motivate other members in the team

Job responsibilities:
- General Administration activities.
- Managing of production Schedule
- Delivery’s & Installations Schedule
- Daily coordination of customer
- Daily coordination with suppliers
- Maintaining internal Data Bases, time sheets…
- Submitting report and updates to relevant department
