Logistics admin controller wanted

Logistics admin controller required in Magaliesburg, North West.

Job requirements:

  • Grade 12, Tertiary qualification or diploma in Logistics and or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years (minimum) working experience in a similar logistics role.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of the logistics export industry e.g. logistics documentation and Inco Terms used.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good Administration skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) Afrikaans & English.

Job responsibilities:

  • Capture data on internal software system.
  • Manage the flow of export documentation with suppliers and clients.
  • Execute on stock management on a daily basis.
  • Generate statements and invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Tracking of shipments and shipping documentation.
  • Compile weekly management reports.
  • Book containers with our service providers.
  • General administration duties (filling, answering of the telephone).
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
