Logistics admin controller required in Magaliesburg, North West.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12, Tertiary qualification or diploma in Logistics and or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years (minimum) working experience in a similar logistics role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of the logistics export industry e.g. logistics documentation and Inco Terms used.
- Attention to detail.
- Good Administration skills.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) Afrikaans & English.
Job responsibilities:
- Capture data on internal software system.
- Manage the flow of export documentation with suppliers and clients.
- Execute on stock management on a daily basis.
- Generate statements and invoices on a weekly basis.
- Tracking of shipments and shipping documentation.
- Compile weekly management reports.
- Book containers with our service providers.
- General administration duties (filling, answering of the telephone).
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
