Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a Logistics Report (Excel)
  • Track-Keeping of all movements
  • Summary of all goods on Route from Europe to Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Summary of all goods on Route to our Clients + Delivery Dates
  • Executing the Order Process
  • Preparing of all necessary documents for clearing of Goods
  • Preparing of all necessary documents for sending of Goods
  • Preparing Export documents:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Clearing Instructions
  • Facilitate Deliveries

Required Skills

Besides the standard behavior in a multinational corporate environment:

  • Good Word Skills
  • Good grammatical Skills
  • Very good Sage Evolution "Pastel" Skills
  • Familiar with all common Incoterms
