Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle.
- Engage in liaison and negotiation with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
- Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency.
- Organize warehouse operations, catalogue goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
- Address and resolve any problems or complaints that may arise.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training for the warehouse workforce.
- Achieve targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Logistics Manager is a requirement.
- Track record of successfully managing distribution and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead effectively and manage a team of 15 staff.
- Proficiency in using standard logistics software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be disciplined, a critical thinker, and be able to work under pressure.
- Experience in planning, team leadership, and supervision: The candidate should have a track record of leading and supervising teams, with a focus on driving productivity and efficiency.

- Warehousing experience: Prior experience in warehouse management is essential, with knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices.
- Understanding of FeFo and FifO: Knowledge of First Expired, First Out (FeFo) and First In, First Out (FifO) principles is important, along with the ability to manage these effectively.
- Full traceability and batch control: Experience with full traceability and batch control processes is required, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Good admin and communication skills: Excellent administrative and communication skills are essential, including proficiency in email and WhatsApp communication.
