Afrikaans speaking logistics clerk is required to start immediately in Midrand.
Job responsibilities:
- Credit stock into system
- Claims for lost / damaged stock
- Receiving of stock returns
- Check , control and capture of POD’S from deliveries
- Download and capture POD’S from Laser server (In-house carrier)
- Statements & Analysing transport billing charges for Laser & Best Made (manufacture of products)
- Statements & invoicing of claims submitted to Laser for stock returns
- Monthly and Weekly reports
- Credit reports
- POD reports
- Weekly trip reports for Sinotec truck drivers
- Online Bookings (Game, Makro, Hifi corp and Takalot.com)
- Assist with customer account queries
- Assist customer queries
- Assist sales department queries
- Requisition for office stationary
- Updating and maintaing of product list with dimensions
- Data Capturing
