Computer Skills:
- Warehouse Management Systems skills & knowledge

- Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting
- Experience as a CargoWrite user will be an advantage
- Proven track record in Production Logistics environment
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in logistics industry.
- Operations: Extensive knowledge and hands on skill related to Inbound & Outbound logistics, Warehouse Processes. Inventory Management, abilities to investigate and close out inventory stock variances, caused through system transactions, Bill of Material, etc.
- Problem Solving: Effective Root Cause Analysis skill & knowledge and the experience in the implementation of Corrective and Preventative Measures;
- Supervision: Must be able to do all supervisory functions (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling, Monitoring) independently, effectively and reliably;
- Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal and external stake holders;
- Compliance: Must ensure implementation and daily adherence adherence of full site compliance for Safety, Quality and Delivery, including the following: DSV Policies, Regulations, Work Instructions, etc.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To effectively manage change control, introduction of new parts or part number changes. Ensure stock integrity by reconciling, investigating and managing the systems. To ensure that all customer targets and KPIs are met on a daily basis; To ensure that cut off times are met for daily reports/investigations. Ensure teams compliance to processes and procedures. Must be able to build and maintain a long term positive relationships with the client. Identify, drive and implement improvements in support of KPIs productivity and cost savings and maintain the visuals in all areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management
Stay up to date with new part introductions
Keep part locations database up to date. Bin analysis, picking, issuing, replenishments and consolidations investigations.
Ensured processes are followed 100%.
Investigations, monitor trends.
Demarcation updated
Verify the status of all parts
Alert the organization to the breakpoint when it takes place
Stay abreast of all part changes & breakpoint changes
Communicate to the organization the expected change & breakpoint date
Manage planned changes report
Exhibit knowledge & understanding of client SLA
Ensure Kanban data always up to date & correct
Determine status of part being superseded and whether it results in obsolescence
