Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a contact point for customer service and landside transportation teams regarding special instructions or issues related to detained containers.
- Handle receipt and distribution of all authority stops for imports and exports.
- Advise internal parties of stops and update required systems.
- Resolve queries received from authorities and customers.
- Develop relationships with key authority stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs stops and a strong background in shipping line operations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with teams.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
