Our company is currently seeking vibrant, target driven call centre agents for our debt review company in Kensington, Northern Suburbs.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate.
- 1 year telemarketing/sales experience.
- Experience in a financial institution advantage.
- Must have a clear command of English/Afrikaans.
- Ability to speak more than one South African language.
- Must be computer literate (compulsory).
- The individual must be professional, great communication skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to go over and beyond to succeed.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales targets, ability to build strong client relationships telephonically.
- Very strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Strong and flexible personality.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Excellent problem solving and objection handling skills.
