Job requirements:
- Must have 3 years experience in similar role.
- Pastel experience and a tertiary qualification.
- Must have analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and have a passion for their position.
- The candidate is expected to be committed and work overtime to get the work done.
Job responsibilities:
- Invoicing for a portfolio of clients daily.
- Reconciling blue chip customer accounts daily.
- Following up on payments from customers daily.
- Preparing expected customer payments for management.
- Sending out customer statements and invoicing as well as making copies of all documentation.
