Personal assistant to CEO is needed in Hartbeespoort, North West.
Job responsibilities:
- Executive Management meetings (Executive Team).
- Scheduling of meetings.
- Compiling of executive packs.
- Drafting of agenda items.
- Taking full minutes of executive meetings.
- Extended Management Meeting (Executive Team and 2nd tier management).
- Scheduling of meetings.
- Preparation of Extended Management Meeting packs.
- Identifying and arranging a suitable venue (Accommodation and conference facilities).
- Liaising with external facilitator.
- Strategic Planning Sessions - Board and Executive Team.
- Creating presentations.
- Diary co-ordination and updating of the electronic diary.
- Maintain the ISO filing system of the department.
- Preparation and co-ordination of the CEO's budget.
- Purchase orders for the CEO's department.
- Attending to internal and external VIP guests for the CEO's office.
- Scheduling company-wide visits twice a year for the CEO and as and when required.
