Looking for a personal assistant

Personal assistant to CEO is needed in Hartbeespoort, North West.

Job responsibilities:

  • Executive Management meetings (Executive Team).
  • Scheduling of meetings.
  • Compiling of executive packs.
  • Drafting of agenda items.
  • Taking full minutes of executive meetings.
  • Extended Management Meeting (Executive Team and 2nd tier management).
  • Scheduling of meetings.
  • Preparation of Extended Management Meeting packs.
  • Identifying and arranging a suitable venue (Accommodation and conference facilities).
  • Liaising with external facilitator.
  • Strategic Planning Sessions - Board and Executive Team.
  • Creating presentations.
  • Diary co-ordination and updating of the electronic diary.
  • Maintain the ISO filing system of the department.
  • Preparation and co-ordination of the CEO's budget.
  • Purchase orders for the CEO's department.
  • Attending to internal and external VIP guests for the CEO's office.
  • Scheduling company-wide visits twice a year for the CEO and as and when required.
