Established property development company based in Centurion is looking for a young, honest, youthful, trustworthy, energetic and reliable admin assistant.
Job responsibilities:
- General admin duties.
- Filing, etc.
- Fine attention to detail.
- Very strong Admin skills and working background.
- Answer, screens and transfer telephone calls. Receive letters and/or direct visitors for department.
- Routes incoming and outgoing mail appropriately.
- Performs general clerical duties as assigned.
- Organizes and maintains company correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Prepares letters, memorandums, and reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing financial data.
- Collects and presents data to supervisor for projects and meetings.
- Data capture/entry on office systems.
- Reconciliations and VAT.
- Drafts correspondence for supervisor’s final approval.
- Conduct research and prepare documentation.
- Vehicle Fleet Administration.
Job requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite/Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Enjoy working in a team, but also have the ability to work independently.
- Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, while maintaining a focus on accuracy.
