Looking for a Personal Assistant to company director

Established property development company based in Centurion is looking for a young, honest, youthful, trustworthy, energetic and reliable admin assistant.

Job responsibilities:

  • General admin duties.
  • Filing, etc.
  • Fine attention to detail.
  • Very strong Admin skills and working background.
  • Answer, screens and transfer telephone calls. Receive letters and/or direct visitors for department.
  • Routes incoming and outgoing mail appropriately.
  • Performs general clerical duties as assigned.
  • Organizes and maintains company correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
  • Prepares letters, memorandums, and reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing financial data.
  • Collects and presents data to supervisor for projects and meetings.
  • Data capture/entry on office systems.
  • Reconciliations and VAT.
  • Drafts correspondence for supervisor’s final approval.
  • Conduct research and prepare documentation.
  • Vehicle Fleet Administration.

Job requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite/Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team, but also have the ability to work independently.
  • Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, while maintaining a focus on accuracy.
  • Personal energy and drive.
  • Superior organization skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
