A clothing company based in Kloof has a vacancy for an enthusiastic planner on a permanent full day basis to co-ordinate between Kloof and Newcastle, to facilitate smooth transition from pre-production to production and relieve pressure and improve communication between both offices.

Job responsibilities:
- Draw up and email weekly delivery updates to customers.
- Create Marker/Package issue plan to Newcastle from Kloof and co-ordinate flow.
- Ensure all components for packages for Newcastle are sent timeously and complete
- Maintain and update Production schedule with all relevant information e.g. fabric details, O/No etc., Sample approvals, Lab reports etc.
- Look at overdue and outstanding dates and follow up with relevant staff accordingly.
- Flag potential problematic styles by cross referencing style x delivery x units x fabric delivery x Sample x QA etc. and alert department.
- Daily meeting with staff to ensure targeted dates are met.
- Liaise with Newcastle Planner on daily basis about Fabric Delivery, New items added onto and cancelled off Production Schedule, status of Production packages to Newcastle and any
- Newcastle updates.
