Looking for admin manager

Job vacancy for an admin manager in North Suburbs.

Job requirements:

  • Matric/ NQF level 4 equivalent + National Diploma in Accounting
  • Computer literate use of spread sheets
  • Experience in retail environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Industrial relations skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Persuasive skills
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Customer service skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the front end function
  • Manage personnel administration and store documentation
  • Manage GRV office and staff
  • Debtors & Creditors
  • Prepare weekly reports and the General Ledger
  • Payment of statutory returns
  • Analysis of operational & financial information
  • I.E. Stock reports, weekly, monthly packs.
