Administrative assistant is needed in Pretoria.
Job requirements:
- Answering telephone, screening and directing calls received, taking messages when necessary
- Creating new commercial files, updating and maintain central departmental filing systems including dead-filing old files.
- Raising subcontract orders
- Produce and send out Tender letters to sub-contractors/suppliers
- Producing typed documentation required by the team
- Printing drawings and maintaining drawing files.
Job requirements:
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Confident with learning new skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
