Looking for administrative assistant

Administrative assistant is needed in Pretoria.

Job requirements:

  • Answering telephone, screening and directing calls received, taking messages when necessary
  • Creating new commercial files, updating and maintain central departmental filing systems including dead-filing old files.
  • Raising subcontract orders
  • Produce and send out Tender letters to sub-contractors/suppliers
  • Producing typed documentation required by the team
  • Printing drawings and maintaining drawing files.

Job requirements:

  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Confident with learning new skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
