Our firm is looking for an experienced administrator assistant in Brooklyn, Pretoria / Tshwane.
Job requirements:
- You must understand systems and numbers and have a keen eye for detail together with good organizing skills.
- Bilingual; Afrikaans and English (read, write and speak).
- Computer literacy a must, (Excel, Outlook and Internet).
- Creditors and Debt review experience will be advantageous.
- We are looking for a bright, smart, friendly and self-motivated individual to start as soon as possible.
- Salary expectations should fall within the range of R3500- R5000 per month (Possible commission incentive after probation).
- Should ideally live in or around Pretoria East.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing a significant workload (you will never be bored).
- Contact credit providers and debt collectors.
- Do clients personal budgets (Income and Expenses).
- Liaise telephonically with clients and credit providers on a daily basis.
- Manage clients expectation and deliver superior services.
- Work well in a team and meet deadlines.
- Keeping up with the pace.
