The Jerry’s Group is looking for passionate and energetic FOH managers to oversee all functionality of the restaurant.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and hiring of staff (waitresses, bartenders)
- Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Use Point of Sale system for inventory control and daily sales reports
- Maintain a fun and exciting work environment for employees
- Manage schedule, food/beer/liquor ordering
- Maintain the high standards and promote the brand at all times
Job requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and handle customer's needs while also maintaining control of back of house
- Ability to come up with problem solutions in high-stress situation
- Ability to fill in at any position within the restaurant whenever neede
- The ideal candidate will have management experience in the hospitality field.
- SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience.
