We are looking for a full time office admin and clerical person to join our existing team in Port Elizabeth.
Job responsibilities:
- Answering phones & emails, dealing with customers & assisting with enquires
- Dealing with logistics and warehouse (where our vehicles are and when they will be with our clients)
- Capturing of invoices & ensuring proper procedures are followed
- Dealing with warehouse / reps / customers / management on a professional basis
- Assisting the business in all aspects
- General office admin
Job requirements:
- A clear communicator with perfect spoken English & Afrikaans
- Mathematically orientated
- Very organised and suited to a highly pressurized deadline driven environment
- Sales and Finance experience preferably on Pastel Evolution
- Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Polite & courteous at all times
- A vibrant and happy disposition that is motivated and hard working
