Company in Ballito is looking for and personal assistant/office admin.
Job requirements:
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- 3-4 year’s experience
- Must have own vehicle and Valid driver's license
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- Proficient with Pastel Partner and Payroll an advantage
- Maintain all hard copy and digital records
- Deliver and pick up business related items in the immediate geographic area
- Organizational skills: scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc.
- Computer skills: writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets and printing documents
- Handling all the phone calls
- Replying to all the correspondence on time
