The Ninian and Lester Group has an exciting and challenging factory/production manager position currently vacant within their clothing division.
Job requirements:
- The factory/production manager will be expected to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Production Management methods and systems
- Have the ability to make sound decisions
- Ensure timeous production completion
- Ensure the production of reliable garment quality
- Control garment production costs
- Continuously develop and implement innovative measures for a large clothing factory
- Have sound knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Mantain and develop sound relationships with all internal and external stakeholders of N&L
- The ideal candidate will have Industrial Engineering diploma/degree and 5 years' factory management experience
- Preference will be given to candidates that fall within the recommended demographic groups in accordance with the N&L EE Plan.
