We are moving into new premises in an upmarket area in Johannesburg, Gauteng. We are targeting upmarket clients for our new offerings. We need a well-presented person that is very familiar with the area of skills development.
Job requirements:
- This person will be the point of contact for our company.
- The person has to be versatile and well experienced in dealing with clients.
- The person must be an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suites.
- The person must be fluent and have good writing skills.
- The person we are looking for must be a person that is independent, flexible and self-motivated.
- The person must be able to take initiatives.
- The person will be responsible for the office in terms of administration and customers.
- The extent to which the person will grow in the company is interely dependent on the person's attitude and willingness to learn.
- Exeprience in Office Administration: 5 years
- High school or equivalen
- Drivers License Code 8
- Required language:English
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Certificate in Administrative or Secretarial studies will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate in English
- 5 years proven work experience as Receptionist/Front Office Representative or similar role essential
- Computer knowledge essential (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Internet)
- Knowledge of Administrative/ Receptionist procedures
- Customer service principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Job responsibilities:
- Welcome guest
- Screen all incoming calls
- Answer and follow up on emails
- Book training
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office
- Cater for guest attending the training
- Liaise with all the facilitators on-site and off-site
- Do filing of attendance registers and all documentation related to training
- Book meetings
- Receive and sign for deliveries to the office
- Order stationery and toners for the photocopiers
- Ensure that photocopiers are well stocked with toners
- Despatch learning material to various training sites
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Maintain a constant contact with office in JHB CBD
