Panarottis Pizza Pasta, a family restaurant, is urgently looking to employ a junior restaurant manager to join their dynamic team in Bellville. This is an excellent opportunity available in the Northern Suburbs.

Job requirements:
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12 Certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in Restaurant Management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage Management.
- Experience with Food Costs, Stock Management, Finance / Accounting and general management of the Kitchen and FOH.
- Prior experience working on MS Office and Pilot system.
- Must be able to communicate professionally in English and Afrikaans, both written and verbally.
- Prior experience demonstrating abilities to communicate with discretion, tact, and diplomacy required.
- Must be able to multi-task • Ability to recognize that the guests' interests and needs are always primary.
- Must be available to work daytime, evenings, late-night, weekends and holidays as business dictates when required.
