Job requirements:
- The potential candidate must have exceptional customer relation skills.
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with a passion for the food industry.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years management experience.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with Pilot POS
- Administration and maintenance of stock and stores
- Experience in customer service and handling of complaints
- Experience in staff management (ensure that staff adhere to policy and procedure)
- Excellent communication skill and problem-solving ability
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and work well under pressure
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
