- Successfully completed RE5
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in a retention / sales position
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in short term insurance
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Policy Management system (in-house)
- Planning and organizing skills
- Team Player
- Good negotiation skills
- Customer service orientated
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Bilingual - English and Afrikaans
- Able to handle pressure, take own initiative and be creative
- Excellent communication skills
