Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that we maximise 1” Contact Delight through all customer contacts when processing and procuring sales.
- To provide a caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and effective interface with all customers throughout their enquiry and purchasing lifecycle.
- To take ownership of a customer’s situation, following it through to a satisfactory conclusion
- To remain positive a busy environment which can be constantly changing
- To work within guidelines for resolving customer issues whilst ensuring customers are treated as individuals
- To be completely up-to-date at all times with products, tariffs, procedures and services in order to offer the customer the best advice and support
- To listen and question to ensure the correct message gets across and is understood
- To empathise with the customer considering how they would feel in this position
- To update the customer’s care notes after every call and use the appropriate documents to enable accurate statistics to be compiled relating to the customers calls
- To prioritise your time efficiently to manage all customer contacts
- To complete all activities in a timely accurate and efficient manner in accordance with procedures and work instructions
- To actively participate in team meetings and share knowledge and ideas with colleagues
- Contribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed client and internal standards
- Handle all customer financial details such as customer account information, credit card details and banking account information with relevant integrity and confidentiality
- Deliver a quality service to all customers to ensure customer and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and deliver effective level of personal work, activities, and high level of performance to meet individually set objectives

- Minimum monthly salary (dependent on experience) + Shift Allowance
- Week-end shift allowance for working weekend shift
- Earn between 10% to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on KPI’s
