We are a debt review call centre currently seeking additional team members to join our current team.
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate needs be highly professional with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Matric (National Senior Certificate)
- Minimum of one year proven track record in financial administration
- A strong knowledge of the debt review process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a highly pressurized, target and timeline driven environment
- Ability to work well both in a team and individually
- Flexible, self-motivated and proactive
- The ability to effectively execute a multiple of tasks
- Time management and prioritization skills
- A fast learner who easily adapts to change
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills as well as knowledge of the debt review systems.
- Start date: immediately
- Type of employment: Full Time
- Salary: Basic Salary + competency and accuracy bonus
Job responsibilities:
- To capture clients financial information
- Liaise with creditors
- Deal with client queries
- Assist with the admin in the debt review process
