Administrator / Secretary is required to provide full admin support (including secretarial) to the Core Product Team.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic support in the department & answering of calls, taking messages, etc.
- Responsible for the ordering and control of stationery, spares, cons, etc.
- Assist with presentations
- Travel arrangements
- Training administration and booking
- Postal management
- ORACLE
- Contract management and printing
- Command centre reporting
- iProcs, expense claims, etc.
- Payments of suppliers
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Three & five years secretarial experience
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
- Be able to deal with all levels of customer (Senior to Junior) on a professional level
- Good communication skills, preferably bilingual
