Job responsibilities:
- Reception; answering busy switchboard, meet and greet visitors.
- Assisting with the internal audits of company’s quality system and archiving company documentation.
- Assisting with recruitment inventory and administration.
- Copy typing for all senior management and supporting the admin team as and when required.
- Recording tenders when they arrive, issuing, and arranging for collection.
- Producing report on monthly basis on what tenders received and issue to senior management.
- Issuing photo cards to site staff.
- Booking training courses for staff.
- Opening and distributing post.
- Creating and maintain job files.
- Supporting management of social events.
- Archiving / electronic format documentation/databases.
