Key Requirements To Meet For Consideration
- You will have completed a tertiary qualification in HR Management, coupled with 7-10 years' experience in a Senior HR Practitioner or Senior HR Generalist role, specifically in the construction or engineering field, specifically a unionized environment.
- You will have previously been responsible for managing the operational needs for a diverse group of salaried employees, at junior through to executive level, specifically providing input and labour related advice, to ensure the company remains legislatively compliant with the bargaining council and SA legislation
- You will be a detail orientated, organized collaborator, with exceptional skills and experience relating to training and development, HR administration, employee benefits and remuneration management, onboarding, and terminations, as well as HR reporting, using SAGE People and ESS.
- You will be flexible to travel if needed, have exceptional people skills, effectively communicate at all levels, lead by example, and deliver results in a high-pressure environment, meeting international standards.
