Our client purchase, redevelop and manage buildings predominantly in and around the Western Cape. With over R2Billion in assets under management, and with sights set on further acquisitions, their busy executive team requires a proactive assistant with exceptional organisational skills to effectively run and manage both the busy office and the lives of its executives. Daily tasks could include travel arrangements, updating vacancy schedules, updating budgets, putting together investor presentations/packs, taking minutes, research, catering, event planning, diary management, managing office supplies and petty cash, running errands and the like. However, this small team requires someone who has the experience and confidence to take initiative; someone who will find solutions to a wide variety of their challenges without being asked to. In a small company environment, this pivotal role ensures that staff wellness, logistics and operational issues are solved before they even become apparent. It would suit someone who has a minimum of 7 years of working experience, and who has worked in a property investment environment and supported several managers at once.
To Apply You Need
- A relevant degree or diploma
- A minimum of 7 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Well-skilled in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
