Reporting directly to the commercial manager, the majority of projects will be both high-rise and high end, which will involve dealing with buyers and tenants regularly.

The ideal candidate will have high-rise experience and a detailed approach to quantity surveying and cost management. You should be based in Pretoria, possess strong leadership qualities, and be flexible to travel.
