Dump Trucks (CAT 777F, KOMATSU 785)
Dozer (CAT D9/D10)
Excavator (PC 3000)
Face Shovel (RH120)
Grader (CAT 14M/16M, KOMATSU G825)
LOCATION: Northern Cape Lime Acres which is situated in 160 km North West Kimberly and 109 Km South of Kuruman
REPORTINGTO: Pit Superintendent
JOB SUMMARYSTATEMENT: To operate the abovementioned machines in an Open Pit mining operation.

KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Adhere to organisational Safety and Quality requirements
• Adhere to operating procedures
• Comply with lawful and reasonable requests/instructions from supervisors or managers
• Optimising production – meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment is maintained
• Willing to work shifts
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 10 – 12
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years' experience on relevant machinery in an Open Pit mining operation.
• Valid Drivers' License
• No criminal record
• Able to pass medical
• Letter from the Local Counsellor as proof of residence
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of operating the abovementioned machines in an Open Pit mining operation.
