Sales Recruitment and Profiling is looking for an Internal Sales Co Ordinator for a well established and reputable Company in Howick.
Key Functions: To maintain and increase sales of locally manufactured and imported agricultural implements and spare parts.
Requirements: A matric (Grade 12)-be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English-2 years experience in a similar environment-have good customer relations skills-be technically orientated-computer literate (Pastel and MS Office)-experience in agricultural equipment will be an advantage.
Duties will include: receive and process all e-mail & fax customer purchase orders for spare parts into Pastel-create Pro Forma invoices-invoice sales orders-assist customers with spares queries-co ordinate with production and despatch-attend to telephonic customer queries-daily filing-yearly archiving-back up for receptionist-reports-ensure that all relevant SOP’s are kept up to date-general assistance to the Regional Sales Managers-any other functions deemed necessary by management.
