We are currently recruiting an experienced candidate who has experience as a Maintenance Assistant to become part of our client's expanding team. Our client, specialising in strategic Facilities Management and Student & Inner-city Accommodation. The suitable candidate will come with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of all facets of the property market, would be beneficial.
- Execute a range of maintenance tasks as directed by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the assigned facilities.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a high level of skill in the completion of all maintenance work, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Uphold and exceed the required standards for each task undertaken, striving for excellence in the maintenance and repair processes.
- Ensure that all completed tasks leave the designated areas in a state of cleanliness and good condition, contributing to an overall well-maintained environment.
- Promptly report any identified maintenance issues or concerns to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, facilitating swift resolution and preventive measures.
