- Manage maintenance contracts
- Manage the monitoring service provider
- Determine through site visits if the affiliate Contractor and Customer understands the technical requirements and solutions
- Installation quality assurance
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma, Degree, or Trade Test Diploma in Refrigeration
- Refrigeration installation maintenance experience essential
- Understand and ability to read drawings
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
